What to do if your money does not Appear in Your CryptoCase Wallet after 12 hours

If your money does *not* appear on your CryptoCase wallet after 12 hours, do the following.

Why 12 hours? Because, delays can happen:

  1. In the Centralized Exchange
  2. On the Ethereum Network
  3. Or (rarely, if ever) on the VTSN Hive

Your transaction will, if it has been successful, been given a code which you can reference on the block explorer.

Click that link to see a link to Etherscan.io which has details on your transaction.

You got all that? Good.

If:

  1. It has been 12 hours since your purchase.
  2. Your VTSN has not appeared in your CryptoCase.
  3. You have an Etherscan.io link showing the transaction completed.
  4. You have the 8-character code to verify your purchase as an email from Vertisan.com
  5. Then, you can ask for support.

How do you get support? You need the free Telegram messaging app, first of all. This is the only method to communicate with VTSN support, at present.

And then say in that group: “After more than 12 hours, my VTSN has not arrived in my Cryptocase. Please help.”

Mods will message you and guide you through the process of finding your payment and allocating your coins. To do so, they will ask for the Etherscan address and your VTSN confirmation code.
